Michaela R. Heil

Michaela joined Goodkin as an associate in 2022. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial and residential lease disputes, construction and operating agreement issues. Prior to joining Goodkin APC, Ms. Heil worked in various law firms including firms that specialize in professional negligence, bankruptcy and employment law.

Michaela received her Juris Doctor in 2018 from University of San Diego School of Law where she was a member of the Phi Delta Honors Society. While in law school, Michaela worked as a certified legal intern for the Federal Tax and Education and Disability legal clinics. Given her interest in real estate, during law school, Ms. Heil also obtained a California Real Estate Salesperson License. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Heil graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Management from Clemson University in 2015.
